Yvonne was not interested in a care home but we asked that she just see one, and she agreed. After your warm welcome and seeing how comfortable and charming everything was, she (surprisingly) told us that we should sign her up for a 2-week respite stay. I said we should see a few more places, just to be sure, but she said there was no need as she liked yours so much.

People are very kind and caring, the food is good and the room is very nice and comfortable and bright. Thank you for looking after her [Mum] so well!

My father often said how nice everyone was and this was very apparent to me when I visited and saw the staff at work.

All that remains to say is that we are happy that we chose Nettlestead as Mums home for the last part of her life. The care that was provided for her was exceptional and we cannot thank you all enough for the thoughtfulness and diligence that all of the staff provided, from the glass of red wine to giving her a kiss goodnight at bedtime which we all appreciated.

Nettlestead is managed in a professional manner which is undoubtedly conducive to maintaining the well-being of all its residents. All of its caring staff appear to be well liked by all residents.

All staff, from senior management to carers, are well trained and friendly at all times. Response to medical needs is especially good.

Thank you to everyone who has been involved in my Mum's care, enabling her to move back home we cannot thank you enough.

Thank you all for looking after Dad so well - if it hadn't been for all your care and kindness he wouldn't be moving to his own flat so well and full of confidence.

We cannot praise the quality of care highly enough. There is a homely, welcoming atmosphere where staff, residents and relatives are so friendly, like one large family.
