Activities and events at Nettlestead 

On behalf of myself and my family I would like to say a very sincere thank you for all you have done for Pearl during all the years she spent with you. I know she was happy with you. Many thanks to you all.

I have already written to Kim, Holly and their team to thank them for looking after my mother so well during the last few days of her life. She could not have been in a better place and nor could she have received better or more loving care from anyone else. I would also like to express our thanks for taking care of her so well during the whole of the last 2 years.

Thank you and all your staff for all you have done to care for Peggy. It is such a relief to myself and my family to know that she was in such good hands.

In Nettlestead Retirement Home and its team we found a jewel that loved, cherished and looked after her to the end, thank you so much.

Words cannot adequately express my grateful thanks for the way you loved and cared for my mother during the 3½ years she has been at Nettlestead.

With you and all the kind girls at Nettlestead, Mum passed one of the most contented periods in her whole life and we cannot be grateful enough for everything you did to make her comfortable and welcome.

The staff are very caring towords the residents, some are outstanding. The establishment is “homely” and the food excellent. My Mother is settled and happy.

All that remains to say is that we are happy that we chose Nettlestead as Mums home for the last part of her life. The care that was provided for her was exceptional and we cannot thank you all enough for the thoughtfulness and diligence that all of the staff provided, from the glass of red wine to giving her a kiss goodnight at bedtime which we all appreciated.
