As we say goodbye to February, we hope everyone has had a wonderful and fulfilling start to the year. Time seems to be flying by, and we are so grateful for all the special moments we’ve shared over the past month. As we step into March, we look forward to creating more memories, enjoying new activities, and spending time together. We hope you are all doing well, and we can’t wait to see what this new month brings for us all!

Please note our Hairdresser; Steve joins us every Wednesday for haircuts/blow dry and restyling.

Activities for March 2025:

Saturday 1st March – First day of Meteorological Spring has finally arrived! Time to get our hands dirty, our fingers green and start planting flowers with Rozelin.

Sunday 2nd March – Relaxing Sunday watching 70’s movies with a lovely roast dinner with all the trimmings and yorkshire puddings.

Monday 3rd March – An afternoon of listening to Caroline serenading all the residents, with their favourite wine in hand.

Tuesday 4th March – Slow Yoga with Ciara – ensuring we’re all staying healthy and fit! Followed by afternoon Pancakes to celebrate Pancake day!

Wednesday 5th March- Hair cuts & styles with our hairdresser Steve. Followed by afternoon quizzes “Name that tune” with plenty of prizes to be won.

Thursday 6th March – Off out to have a leisurely stroll around Ruxley Gardens, with Jane.

Friday 7th March- Prize Bingo with Chris & Sue, with a variety of goodies to be won.

Saturday 8th March- Games, quizzes and our favourite music with Rozelin.

Sunday 9th March- A day to unwind and enjoy movies, with a Bailey’s hot chocolate. Alongside a lovely homemade roast dinner.

Monday 10th March- Fun Quiz tasting competition “name that taste” with Jane.

Tuesday 11th March- Keep fit Tuesdays with Slow Yoga lead by Ciara followed by Massages with Jane.

Wednesday 12th March- Pamper day with Steve for hair cuts & styles followed by an afternoon of Manicures given by Jane.

Thursday 13th March- Day trip out to Greenwich Park for coffee with Jane.

Friday 14th March- Prize Bingo with Sue & Chris!

Saturday 15th March- Cheese & Wine board followed by our favourite songs!

Sunday 16th March- A day to relax and unwind from a busy week! Followed by a lovely roast dinner.

Monday 17th March- St Patricks Day! Fun Irish stories and songs with Guinness & pies with potatoes!

Tuesday 18th March- Slow Yoga session with Ciara to keep our minds active and our bodies fit followed by relaxing Massages!

Wednesday 19th March- Hair cuts from Steve and a pamper afternoon with facials to end the day.

Thursday 20th March- World Poetry day! Discussing our favourite poets in the afternoon then to watch our favourite films with nibbles and wine!

Friday 21st March- Prize Bingo with Chris & Sue!

Saturday 22nd March- A day of flowering arranging and different activities.

Sunday 23rd March- Spending the day relaxing and enjoying hot chocolates, marshmallows and a lovely roast dinner.

Monday 24th March- Afternoon games and crafts!

Tuesday 25th March- Keeping fit with Ciara for Slow Yoga followed by manicures and foot massages!

Wednesday 26th March – Hair cuts and styles with Steve! Followed by a live performance from David Woloski

Thursday 27th March- Trip out – weather permitting.

Friday 28th March- Prize Bingo with Chris & Sue!

Saturday 29th March – Making cards for Mothers Day!

Sunday 30th March – Mothers day! Please join us for lunch with your loved ones 🙂

Monday 31st March – Favourite cheeses, hams & nibbles in the afternoon along with tipples too!

Please note live entertainment is still to be confirmed & all outings are subject to the weather conditions.
