We hope everybody had a fantastic September!  A special and warm welcome to our new resident, Irene, staying with us for respite and another lovely welcome to our new carers Fatima and Alison!  Additionally, we are really pleased that Ron has decided to stay with us permanently.

Goodbye August and Hello September!  We’ve made some lovely memories in August and will continue to do so this month. September is a month of transition. As summer fades away, the leaves start changing colour, and the days get shorter. We begin to prepare for the cooler months ahead.

Here is a fun fact! – Did you know that August was originally the sixth month of the tenth month Roman Calendar and had just 29 days?! Julius Caesar added 2 extra days when he created the Julian Calendar, by which point the calendar had become 12 months.

Goodbye June and Welcome July! It has been a busy June with celebrations. We celebrated Length of Service for many staff, including 5,10 and 20 Years Service.
